A focused follow-up session to review what’s changed since our first call, answer new questions, and refine your plan based on real life results. This is where we sense-check progress, remove confusion, and make the next steps simpler and more effective. This is for you if you: Started making changes but feel unsure what’s working Want to fine-tune your approach (without overcomplicating it) Have new symptoms, results, or questions since our last session Need accountability and calm structure to stay consistent Want help separating signal from noise in health information What we’ll do in the session: Review what you implemented and what you noticed (wins + difficulties) Identify what to keep, what to adjust, and what to drop Clarify any new questions or concerns that have come up Strengthen the plan so it fits your lifestyle and energy Agree a clear “next 2–4 weeks” direction you can actually follow How to prepare (recommended): To make the session as useful as possible, please bring: A brief update since our last call (what you tried + how you felt) Any new blood results or measurements (if relevant) A list of your current routines (food, sleep, movement, stress) The top 3 questions you want answered in this follow-up Anything you’re stuck on or feeling conflicted about What you’ll leave with: Clear adjustments (small changes that make a big difference) A realistic next-steps plan for the coming weeks More confidence in what to prioritise (and what to ignore) Renewed momentum, without overwhelm Important note: This consultation is educational and based on personal experience and general principles.
