How to get Quicker on the Bike
Half Way - Ironman Hamburg 2019 I was asked a question at the weekend about how best to improve cycling performance. NHS Funding Crisis
I often come across assertions that the NHS is underfunded. I disagree; the amount that is spent on it is perfectly adequate. A Bit Fishy
Mackerel, sautéed mushrooms, spinach, baby tomatoes, and asparagus. Your body needs Omega-3 fatty acids and mackerel is a wonderful source; tasty and relatively cheap. Get plenty of other healthy fats into the meal by cooking the mushrooms in loads of organic butter and tossing the greens in the same pan after they have been cooked.
