Have you been told you are pre-diabetic? Want to reverse it?

Many people these days have a blood test that measures something called HbA1c and then receive the worrying news from their doctor that the result indicates they are 'pre-diabetic'.



HbA1c is basically the school 'tell-tale' that reveals how much glucose has been floating around in your blood over the past few months. Once the value gets over 40 mmol/mol, you are skating on thin ice: your insulin resistance is increasing and you can start planning for your Type-2 diabetes party ... unless you understand why you are becoming insulin resistant and how to reverse the problem. I know exactly how to do this because I did it for myself and I would love to share my experience with you, if you wish.
