Should I Eat Eggs?

The cholesterol con has been used as the excuse to put people off eating eggs for decades. I ignore all the nonsense and, on average, will eat about 2 dozen eggs a week. Why? Because they are perfect packages of protein, cholesterol, and various vitamins and minerals, whilst being remarkably cheap and abundant.

Media Nonsense

The mainstream media just want to fill copy space; the veracity of what they publish is of no concern to them. There is no investigative journalism, no integrity, no shame: they just trawl around for junk 'science' and publish it ... hence the conflicting and contradictory messages.

Perfect Breakfast

Eggs are perfect for breakfast: they are tasty, versatile, nutritious, affordable, and do not spike insulin in the body when eaten. They are also brilliant as the first thing to eat to break any extended 'fast' because they are easy and light on the stomach.

Bottom Line

Fill your boots with eggs!
